In this new apostolic age God is debunking many self-made doctrines and ideas and ideals that were ready made to pander to the natural man. These theological concepts and discoveries have no place in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
In this article I want to talk about how the grace of God has been railroaded, taken away from Christ and activated for the natural man.
Ministers have a way of making distinctions for the grace of God that are sideways to God’s plan. In a recent article it was stated that Christians need to be aware of “common grace”, that is, how God uses the unsaved, the unbeliever to further His plans.
Yes, we know that God uses the unsaved to further His plans. However this is not the grace of God. How do we know that God’s positioning of the unsaved to further His plans is NOT the “common” grace of God? Because God reserved the word “grace” to represent Jesus Christ, and He is not common.
You will find that when a minister tries to teach about the difference between the natural man and the spiritual man in Christ he inevitably will mesh the two together, seeking God to sanctify them both.
He hasn’t learned yet how to separate his faith unto Jesus Christ and His new covenant so wants to take that which is natural and make it divine. They substitute their natural senses, thinking these are spiritual things of Christ. There is a natural man and there is a spiritual man, and the two do not agree (1 Cor 2:14).
The Signature of the Soul
So then, what is a minister referring to when he talks about “common grace”? What is “common” to all mankind? He’s talking about the signature God imprints within each soul. The signature of the soul is that which is common to all, but it is not the grace of God. We all received certain traits and giftings that God imprinted within our soul for our function in this world, and this is how God raises up those whom He uses to further His plans.
Pharaoh was raised up to contrast Moses. He did not receive grace for this contest, but rather a signature, and God used Him as a pawn upon His chess board.
Nebuchadnezzar was raised up as another pawn upon God’s chess board to contrast Daniel. He did not receive grace for this manifestation, but rather a signature.
You’re not a pawn on God’s chess board are you? So you need to discern between your signature and God’s grace. God placed within the signature of each soul the diverse gifts, talents, and uniqueness for His plan, but these tokens of the flesh do not describe God’s grace.
God’s grace is broken down into 3 different categories to bring out the brilliance of Jesus Christ. First, grace for salvation, whereby all receive a call from God to consent to His plan of salvation. Next, grace for growth, whereby those who are in covenant with God receive daily tokens from God for the exercise of their faith for the fruit bearing process, and lastly, grace for calling to those who are functioning in the government of God to direct His saints according to the blueprint and record of Christ.
Quote from the book “The Apostolic Calling & Anointing”:
“When a believer is not instructed in the foundation of truth and has not learned the ABCs of the covenant by placing the stones of Christ’s knowledge as the foundation of his faith, he is prone to use these 5 facets of the flesh as the blueprint and building material to build his relationship with Jesus.
“These are the 5 facets of the natural man, which all Adamites share: (1) the knowledge of this world, (2) the signature of your soul, (3) the imprint of his moral code, (4) the imprint of his God-Code, and (5) the fruits of iniquity. . .
“These 5 facts of the flesh are your natural senses, not your spiritual senses. When ministers don’t know how to train their spiritual senses properly with grace and truth and the tools of the new covenant, they substitute their natural senses for the spiritual things of Christ to teach believers how to exercise their will with their moral code, God-Code, and signature gifts in hopes of knowing and serving God.
“When a minister talks about the need to train his senses, he’s talking about desiring to train his carnal nature, to harness the powers of the soul to use these powers to serve the will. As we study each facet of the natural man you’ll begin to understand why the devil presents them as building material for faith. . .
“The soul is the servant to the will, providing the necessary powers for the will to choose from to function in this world. These powers come from the knowledge of this world (K), your signature skills (S), your God-Code (G), your moral code (M), and the fruits of iniquity (F). We’ll look at each of these powers in a moment to learn how they serve the will.
“The problem is that we cannot serve God with these powers that come from the natural man. These 5 parts of our natural creation actually produce a prejudiced environment for the will and leave the will bruised and weak. Nevertheless, our natural inclination is to use these powers of our own soul to serve God. Ministers thought that if they could give these powers a make-over they could give them a godly appearance, so they attached scripture to the nature of man to try to transform it.
“The natural man wants to be rewarded for his endeavors so the natural inclination is to use the record of his own soul as building material for faith. But the endeavors of the things of the world stays with the world and will perish with the world. We need new powers to serve God. New powers need to be presented to the will. . .
“A minister is like a mechanic. He should be able to talk about the whole engine and how it works. If a minister does not know how grace is connected to faith, righteousness, truth, sanctification, holiness, peace, rest, and charity, he really doesn’t know how grace works.
“So, he covers that up by talking about grace to say how great grace is, how good God is, and he talks awkwardly about how God will “grace us” with something [or talks about common grace]. He’ll quote the scriptures about grace, but he doesn’t know how grace functions with the other elements of the gospel. He’s created a visceral reality with grace that is disconnected from the other elements and disconnected from God. That is not synergy, that’s a car salesman. [end quote]
