God has been challenging ministers operating in the covenant void. We have witnessed how Satan emptied the gospel of everything God placed in Jesus’ covenant, and then raised his own ministers who led believers into this void, and then built ministry around a single recurring question: “Are we missing it?”

Bryce Crawford, teaching in the covenant void, recently asked this same question.

The enemy keeps that question in circulation. It is recycled and repurposed in many different forms to keep believers wandering inside the void — never realizing the question isn’t asked to find truth, but to sustain separation from God. Every variation of the question is only asking, “Where did we go wrong?”

And God answers with a single word that reveals everything the question is trying to hide — neglect.

False ministers do not neglect teaching about love, faith, hope, and trust. They simply detach these things from the covenant God established and then search for explanations for why their covenant‑less gospels cannot produce the fruit they promised.

Crawford turned that evidence of failure into a discovery story: “Are we missing it?”

Crawford admits to the failure produced in the covenant void: “building an influential ministry” in place of a “relationship with Jesus”; attempts to “conquer sin through willpower”, “resisting individual sins through one’s own strength” — an approach he says was ineffective in his own life.

But God shines His light to show what is hidden beneath the admission: Crawford uses the evidence of failure as the platform from which to self-correct, resisting God’s correction of the covenant–less gospel he continues to preach. He is rebranding failure as insight.

So look again at Crawford’s question: “Are we missing it?”
Yes — but not in the way he frames it.

Ministers operating in the covenant void use the failures of that counterfeit system to reposition themselves as its correctors, while leaving untouched the deadly covenant-less faith they nurture, which can never reciprocate the God-kind of love.

Crawford is not discovering anything, he’s simply repeating the enemy’s script. The question he circulates is a familiar lever for deception disguised as revelation from God. The question itself is part of the deception. And as the Lord unmasks Satan’s work, you’ll see what the enemy wants to keep hidden.

A Divine Vision

In a vision the Lord gave me on September 9, 2026, He made it clear why He has been chastising false ministers through His real apostolic stewardship. I saw what the Lord sees.

I saw through the Lord’s eyes the false covering ministers choose and how they try to hide their actions behind self-correction, restarts and recommitments. I saw a minister going into a hatch cut into a wooden floor and moving a mat over it to conceal himself, but I could still see what this minister was doing through the grids of the mat.

And the Lord asks the question now, “Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? I, the Lord, do see.” I am going to show you the false knowledge in the church and uncover Satan’s shame.”

Jeremiah 23:24
Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the Lord. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the Lord.

Jeremiah 49:10
But I have made Esau bare, I have uncovered his secret places, and he shall not be able to hide himself: his seed is spoiled, and his brethren, and his neighbours, and he is not.

The Lord is not speaking of what a person does in the privacy of his own home. He’s examining the gospel of pretense to reveal what ministers refuse to disclose. We’re going to uncover Satan’s secret hiding place and show you how false ministers reposition themselves to appear to defend the very core of your faith while spoiling it at the same time.

As we remove their covering of pretense, ministers of the false gospel will no longer be able to hide themselves. The choice they made to trade Jesus for the substitutes Satan laid before them comes into full view.

Satan’s Substitution

Crawford’s self‑correction centers on revitalizing “love”. After admitting the failures produced in the covenant void, he reaches for the simplest remedy he can imagine — a return to love, but not the love Jesus established inside His covenant.

Nowhere is Satan’s substitution for Jesus more damaging than in his replacement of God’s love. Love is his perfect disguise. The enemy tears love from Jesus and redresses it to fit what you’re looking for. Crawford speaks of loving Jesus as a wish list item: redirecting his “gaze” and “affection” toward Him, from which he says, “obedience will naturally follow”.

God’s real apostles never remove God’s love from Jesus’ covenant, so love is defined the way God designed it and the way we experience it within His covenant boundaries. Within the scope of God’s divine design, love never has to be redefined or repositioned.

Satan taught his ministers to define love in the absence of Christ, and that’s why Crawford frames loving Jesus in terms of deepening his affection — the familiar covenant‑void language of “surrendering more fully” and “loving Him with every ounce of my being”.

Anytime a minister talks to you about deepening your affection for God or surrendering more fully, know that he’s preaching in the covenant void where God is not operating.

The Lord teaches His love toward us and our love toward Him as a divine reciprocation that takes place daily inside Jesus’ covenant priesthood. The very priesthood Satan removed to teach believers how to love God without it.

  • Believers are now awakening to realize that the covenant-less gospel is a love-less gospel.

Satan’s ministers preach in the covenant void and that’s why their preaching is always solution-driven. But a broken gospel cannot be fixed, and Satan’s fraud cannot be overcoming by agreeing with it and making it part of your faith. The solution is not in finding ways to love God deeper, but recognizing that God’s love cannot be entered into outside of the covenant provision He built for you to experience it.

Trust the Apostolical Character

The Lord, speaking through the Apostle Paul, separated the saints to the only gospel He ever gave. He built trust in the apostolical character which He is doing again today.

1 Timothy 1:11
According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.

Apostle Paul, by the Spirit, affirms: the true gospel of Jesus’ covenant was committed to his oversight.

What naturally follows? Apostles always equip believers with the things of Christ that God placed in His covenant beginning with the stewardship that can be trusted. Jesus’ apostles equip believers with all His spiritual tools that naturally work with His grace which the anointing naturally uses to produce Christ in you.

  • Rather than accept the covenant blueprint that God sealed in Christ, ministers settle for knowledge that is in flow with their nature.

But believers do not “naturally” know how to enter their priesthood to build with God. They have to be taught and that equipping comes through the Lord’s apostles.

Believers cannot “naturally” separate the natural man from the spiritual man in Christ. They have to be taught. Believers do not “naturally” know how to use Jesus’ spiritual tools and to separate those tools from Satan’s counterfeits. They have to be taught. Crawford’s brand of covenant-less discipleship is to bring believers into the covenant void and give them the same tradition Satan introduces to each generation.

Crawford fell victim to the same lie even though he fought hard to avoid it.

Satan Seized God’s Love to Remake It

In the false church body, love is used as a catch‑all remedy — the final card thrown on the altar of faith to solve anything. But Satan is simply using his ministers to replace the terms of Jesus’ covenant.

When Jesus set love inside His covenant, He defined its purpose. But when He said, “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment,” Satan seized that command, took ownership of God’s love, stripped it of its purpose, and remade it, saying, “Love God wholeheartedly, and everything else will follow.”

Believers are awakening to see what they could not see before: the moment Satan seized God’s love to alter His purpose.

In God’s mind a commandment is an ordered activity of the new covenant. God has set order to the activity of our faith to establish our living contact with Him. The Lord designed His covenant with our participation in mind. His goal is to create His divine nature in us by His divine power.

All His commandments carry this testimony and we live that reality. The Lord breaks this down for us according to His covenant provision:

  • We love God is all our heart = the heart of faith that God develops through covenant contact.
  • We love God with all our soul = the will to serve that God develops through the anointing as we pick up Jesus’ tools.
  • We love God with all our mind = the study of doctrine. God teaches us to reason with Him as He bonds with us through the knowledge He sanctified.
  • We love God with all our strength = our labor in the priesthood with the tools God sanctified with Jesus’ blood to reciprocate to Him.

The problem that wilderness ministers face is that they want to nurture a personal relationship with Jesus without His knowledge, stewardship, tools, and priesthood. What they end up nurturing is Satan’s substitute relationship.

Accepting Jesus’ covenant fully means stepping into His testimony — that He is the new covenant and that God placed His new commandments in Him. Keeping His covenant commandments, we are joined to Him, working with the spiritual tools the Lord breathes into for your fruit bearing in His name. That’s what it means to love Him.

An Invitation to Walk in God’s Love—Rightly Fitted to Jesus

Are you ready to walk in God’s love—the way He fit love to Jesus? Then it’s time to share another portion from Apostle Eric vonAnderseck’s new book, Apostles Restore the Lost Foundation. In the following excerpt, Apostle Eric reveals the fierce rebranding of God’s love and how ministers who took part in it now seek to hide the moment where Satan took ownership of God’s love and rewrote it.

Stay with me now as we step into this section, where God reveals why Satan’s substitute love found acceptance—and how the enemy engineered a pendulum swing between false truth and false love to keep your faith trapped in extremes:

The wilderness that is today’s church is littered with idols; each one raised at the site where God’s framework of truth was abandoned, counterfeited, and distorted.

This is a time of reckoning, when God breaks the yoke of false knowledge Satan sowed in the church to free believers from his iron grip, as prophesied by the Prophet Ezekiel:

Ezekiel 34:27b
You shall know that I am the Lord, when I have broken the bands of their yoke, and delivered them out of the hand of those that served themselves of them.

We underlined “served themselves of them” to highlight the parasitic nature of ministers who are not of God’s covenant house. They exploit God’s people. They serve themselves of them—offering to heal the very wounds they create in the hearts of those sincerely searching for God. Their ministry houses and publications are built on keeping their wilderness exploitation alive.

Gideon’s testimony also stands as a voice to this generation. When he tore down Baal’s altar—an altar built inside his own father’s house. Gideon, unlikely and uncelebrated, became the one who challenged the tide of false knowledge that threatened Israel. (Jg. 6:32)

  • God’s real apostles today stand in that very place—dismantling false altars, confronting centuries old traditions Satan set as barrier to His grace.

The dust of the wilderness is still in the air as the Spirit begins to uncover the idols hidden beneath layers of deception and long‑standing practices widely accepted across the Christian landscape.

Satan’s substitutes, barriers, and counterfeits were accepted everywhere.

The Lord is revealing how that acceptance took place across‑denominations and across‑movements. The Lord is describing a systemic adoption of Satan’s gospel across Charismatic, Evangelical, and adjacent circles of influence.

In a culture where “truths” constantly evolve, shift, and clash—where one whole, unchangeable truth was never what they wanted—truth is no longer a unifying framework, but a never-ending pursuit and journey the enemy authored.

God strikes directly at the heart of the modern misconception that truth cannot be known, revealing not just the absence of truth, but the intentional exile of truth in favor of a culture of counterfeits.

Satan’s plan: if truth cannot be known, then anything can replace it.

Satan’s Goliath

God authored one whole truth and the enemy sowed tares into His field: the many counterfeit truths that has held the body of Christ hostage. A return of the church to the original foundation of God’s whole covenant truth received through His apostles is not “new” in the sense that the church never had it, it’s “new” because the enemy designed many substitutes to replace Jesus’ foundation knowledge.

And now, as God’s apostolic stewardship return His once lost foundation of truth to the body, ministers of the false gospel have searched far and wide for a champion—a Goliath strong enough to stand against truth itself, a weapon that could silence the return of God’s one whole framework and drown out the disruptive sound of contradiction.

  • They did not want truth; they wanted something that could defeat truth. And they found their Goliath in love.

Satan’s ministers elevated love because it excused and hid their fractured truths. They wanted to use love to neutralize, erase, mask, drown out, silence, override, and bury the disunity the Lord was laying bare for all to see. The Lord is pulling back layer after layer of pretense until nothing is left standing.

And now the Spirit strips away the enemy’s artful deception so you can see it: God gave one whole truth for us to accept, but ministers changed God’s commandment and rewrote it mean “love God wholly”—a clever shift that allowed them to sidestep God’s commandment and turn His covenant into something they could master on their own terms.

They weren’t looking for truth, but a voice for unity—something that could be elevated above truth to hold the fractured body together and justify their stand against God’s stewardship. And now the light falls again on their chosen champion: love was their Goliath; their unbeatable champion, a rebranded commandment they could wield against God’s covenant truth in Jesus.

Ministers caught in the covenant void all take the same stand against truth: “We don’t want truth. Truth is cold. We want love—because love unites us in the midst of conflicting voices. Love builds our relationship with God.”

This is exactly what has been heard in sermons, conferences, worship culture, and social media. And as the Lord strips away Satan’s pretense, your understanding shifts and you realize: “I’ve been walking in this footprint for years.”

God Defines the Church’s Adolescent Love

Understand, the church’s obsession with defining love is adolescent. This is phileo love—adolescent love—the first illumination where the heart reaches out to desire contact with God, but it is not agape. Apostle Paul used the same analogy in his teaching: “Don’t be children in your understanding—be men.” (1 Cor. 14:20)

  • Once ministers weaponized “love” as their Goliath, what they actually elevated was phileo, not agape. The love you were taught to chase is not divine at all.

The Lord is breaking down Satan’s sabotage to help you see the true nature behind the false appearance of love. Just as an adolescent leaves his parents to be joined to his wife for building, the purpose of illumination is to become married—joined to Christ—to build with Him.

But that does not happen in the modern church culture, where believers are taught to skip the Lord’s due process, throw out His covenant and build a relationship with God without it.

Many are called, but few are chosen because they are not willing to bond with the Lord. God opened the process for contact, but they open themselves to many suitors: the dating process — different churches and different truths offering different options — now confuses them about what true love is. They go from one partner to another trying to discover the contact for building, but they are trying to build agape through phileo.

They lost their way through trying out all these different suitors. Fornication does that.

Satan’s Theological Dating Platforms

Believers were trained to replace agape with a journey where no priesthood is present. Their conscience is seared; they don’t know what truth is; they don’t know if they are saved; they don’t know how to walk with God. Regeneration never began, so they look for other suitors and turn to deliverance ministers.

Without truth, believers are plagued with theological wander lust.

Agape is in the priesthood, and the priesthood is where we build with God. But believers don’t know how to do that, so they wander in the wilderness looking for love. They sign up for one or more of the many theological dating platforms, and the mother of harlots has many daughters for them to date.

  • All the evangelist, prophets, teachers, pastors, and apostles born of that system are the daughters of the same mother.

Phileo love is taking, but agape love is giving—the divine exchange in the divine likeness. This is why your enlightenment must turn into the seal of the Spirit for phileo to turn into agape. Phileo love is how believers grasp the agape without the living tokens of Christ, trying to force agape into their own spiritual love language and experience as they fight for a love that is genuine. But once the pattern is set in phileo, you can never escape the phileo loop.

Ministers Caught in Satan’s Pendulum Swing

This disconnect between truth and love is another one of Satan’s manipulations—another lie God is bringing to ruin.

Satan made it sound like a choice: choose this day whom you will serve—either truth or love. Thinking they were exercising freedom, ministers chose love. But as long as the devil keeps truth separate from love, love itself becomes the counterfeit to the real love of God.

The idea that love was appointed to balance truth rather than flow from it remains a distortion in the church today. What began as a subtle inversion has become a ruling principle in this upside-down faith, where everything in God’s kingdom is out of sync and out of harmony with how God actually works.

  • Real apostles correct Satan’s distortion: the one that says that love and truth exclude each other, or that one is more desirable than the other.

Keep in mind that when ministers say that they preach truth boldly, they’re not talking about Jesus’ covenant at all—they’re talking about boldly coming against sin—because sin is their truth.

You might have heard it said:
“I became bold… I spoke truth… I was willing to confront sin.”

But SIN is Satan’s kingdom—not God’s kingdom. Truth to this minister is not the truth God gave us in Jesus, but rather the partial truths, half-truths, and mixed truths that rule his mind. Truth to this minister is the debris of a defiled conscience. He’s caught in the pendulum swing the enemy created between truth and love.

God set order to His knowledge to establish our contact with Him. Once Jesus is established as the center of your faith and the only token of exchange with God, your experience changes. The Lord no longer confronts sin. He teaches us in the divine exchange He initiates daily in our priesthood and we, as faithful servants of Christ, assist believers through His process of regeneration in them.

The devil compromised truth twice. First, he redefined truth as remaining uncompromising against sin. We just saw that in their “truth telling” about sin. As ministers sift through the debris of their defiled conscience, they’re not talking about Jesus’ covenant at all.

Then, the devil compromised truth even further by persuading ministers to accept scripture itself as a substitute for Jesus’ covenant truth. So, when they say they’re preaching truth boldly they’re talking about not compromising scripture—they’re not talking about remaining true to Jesus’ covenant.

There’s no escaping the emptiness of Satan’s gospel—his twisted truths are without power to transform the soul. He leaves your soul empty of the things God values and builds with. In their aggression to separate themselves from sin and defend the scriptures, Satan’s ministers soon realize the emptiness of their own zeal and begin to self-correct and appoint themselves as the umpires of the war they are caught up in.

Ministers developed their own language, borrowed from scripture. You might have heard it said: “We have to speak the truth in love. Christians must resist both the temptation to compromise scripture and the temptation to wield it [scripture] without compassion.”

There’s Satan’s substitute! And we see it plainly: this minister is not talking about the foundation of truth God set in Jesus’ covenant—he’s talking about having accepted Satan’s substitute for truth—scripture. As we’ve said many times, but needs to be repeated again here: scripture is not the foundation. Scripture was given to confirm Christ in His covenant—not replace Him.

The Lord is uncovering Satan’s work to compromise His covenant by redesigning truth.

Once the devil redesigned truth on two fronts he was able to keep the church imprisoned in the battle he created. The slogan, “We have to speak the truth in love” has now become a familiar landmark in the wilderness. Believers are seen to “kiss this stone” in homage to the pilgrimage Satan led them into.

But when the Apostle Paul spoke of “speaking the truth in love” it was part of his equipping for the saints to show the work of both truth and love in one person—Jesus Christ. He was saying, “The foundation I laid in you for your charity is that which the Spirit works with.” Apostle Paul was revealing Christ; ministers are repeating a slogan. (Eph. 4:13-15)

Refusing entrance to Jesus’ covenant is what makes ministers blind to Satan’s sleight‑of‑hand deception: once detached from truth, love becomes a weaponized shield—a false pretense that creates a divide. The universal appeal of love makes it an ideal cover for those avoiding God’s accountability to Jesus’ covenant.

Satan taught his ministers to define truth and love in the swing of his pendulum.

Ministers caught in Satan’s pendulum swing have been trapped there for decades and they want to keep you trapped there too, trying to navigate the same extremes. Keeping the extremes in motion is made to feel like advancement, but the opposite is happening: the swing holds you captive to Satan’s two extremes.

The apostles never spoke of truth as “harsh,” or love as its “softer”—more compassionate side. That false divide was crafted by those who resist stewardship—those who quietly discarded truth but found love to be a defense they could manipulate. They found themselves in this pendulum swing of extremes between false truth and false love, and while they denounce the extremes they remained captive to its swing.

The enemy created the extremes to present love as the perfect shield against truth. Why? Because no one dares to question love. It’s the universal language, the untouchable virtue.

And that’s why Satan’s counterfeit works so well. When love is elevated above Jesus’ covenant, it shields rebellion under the illusion of unity. It gives safe harbor to those who invent their own doctrines and set themselves apart from Jesus’ government.

Jesus is God’s Choice

Let’s see how the Apostle John set this in order.

1 John 4:16
And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

John 15:10
If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.

The word “love” is mentioned 3 times in 1 John 4:16 and twice in John 15:10 and that led people to believe that love somehow trumps truth. But that is Satan’s mind, to divide love from truth when in God’s mind they are the same person–Jesus Christ. The love of God is manifested in our faith when we follow the pattern Jesus placed in His commandments. And that’s why we underlined that too.

  • In the mind of God a commandment means “ordered activity”. A commandment is an ORDERED ACTIVITY that includes all things of Christ God set in His new covenant.

We utilize truth according to the divine purpose of God to increase our soul in the virtues of Christ. Truth is what we learn as the foundation is set, charity (Christ) is what we experience and then express. Truth is God’s living framework of knowledge that embodies the activity of our faith—God’s new commandments. Truth is the knowledge of Jesus’ covenant the Holy Spirit works with to create the divine nature within.

  • The love of the moral code carries the prejudice of our first history while the love of God (Jesus Christ) carries God’s history.

The Apostle Paul observed a healthy church when saying, “The charity of every one of you increases.” (2 Thes 1:3)

He was not speaking of the love of the moral code but was observing their labor with the knowledge of Christ in their priesthood to edify, exhort, and comfort one another as they reciprocate to God. Our charity is seen in the stewardship of grace.

God’s new commandments in Jesus are designed according to His desired outcome: that charity would be the result of the anointing, not the feigned love of the moral code of man’s nature. God set order to Jesus’ covenant. This ordered activity bears all things that please Him. It carries all things of Christ to transform the affections of the heart into the power of true charity that transforms the soul.
