When we talk about being saved from the wrath of God, that is a point well taken and appreciated. But when we talk about being saved by Jesus’ life, that point tends to go over our heads because God is talking about the conditions of the covenant. Jesus rose from the dead to provide himself as a power. We have to touch Jesus to access the power of his grace to be saved by his life.
