The church today does not understand prophecy because ministers don’t understand the priesthood and how God linked the priesthood to the stewardship. They don’t understand the 3 levels of prophecy, which we are going to get into.

Ministers try to jump into the shoes of the prophets’ office without first being prepared in truth to function in priestly prophecy. Inevitably, they come to the realization that prophecy is not coming to pass and begin to scream for accountability.

The problem is that they want accountability without credibility. They are trying to rectify a problem they do not understand. The only way prophecy can be weighed is through the apostolic stewardship God sanctified to teach the church the one foundation of truth and to assign faith to the priesthood. That’s where believers learn to work with the anointing.

God is pointing out to ministers the utter and complete failure of their prophetic ministries. As they reap the results of what they have sown into believers for the past 50 years, they are wondering how they missed God.

Let’s get into this lesson about the three levels of prophecy that God has now restored to the church through true apostolic governance.

This is the priestly prophecy that all saints participate in. We are all called to the altar of Christ to offer spiritual sacrifices of prophecy. This is the most important level of prophecy, for it is the utterance of Jesus’ knowledge from the foundation of truth. We prophesy Christ, for the testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of prophecy.

In other words, all believers are called to draw from the anointing to prophesy from the foundation of truth to return to God the gift of His Son. Truth goes in the heart and charity (prophecy) comes out of the mouth.

This inspiration comes from within because all saints in the restored church now share the same divine seal upon their faith and all share the same foundation of truth. The Holy Spirit works within the heart to draw upon the knowledge that the apostles set as the foundation of truth in the heart.

Level one prophecy is the most fundamental type of prophecy and is used daily just as tongues. Each saint may prophesy at will, as often as they desire to express Christ. This is how we worship God and give Him thanks. We are not waiting for the Spirit to move us to prophesy Christ, for we are obedient to reflect Him in our faith. Our faith is a reflection of Christ in word (prophecy) and in deed (we use His power tools).

The restoration of the priesthood has already taken place and believers around the world are prophesying Christ. This utterance of prophecy is given in the assembly, whereas the saints all prophesy one by one in the assembly, and is also uttered in private prayer (Revelation 19:10; I Cor.14:31; 1 Peter 2:5).

This is the gift of prophecy. This inspiration comes from without. Not as we will, but as the Spirit wills. This gift of prophecy may deal with the condition of the church, to proclaim what God is doing in the church or may deal with what God is doing in the world, or it may be in connection with your calling. this inspiration comes from without as the Spirit of God brings this knowledge (I Cor.12:10).

Most ministers are trying to operate in the gift of prophecy without first submitting to the apostolic steward God appointed to first bring them into one house and one faith. The gift of prophecy outside of the new covenant operates with the flesh, hence the fleshly priesthood.

By the restoration of the power tools of the new covenant God taught the church the true Prophetic Path, which all believers contribute to as the grace of God multiplies in their midst. Apostle John, in the book of Revelation established the first Prophetic Path in the record of Christ.

This term merely identifies the measure of grace that functions with the Prophets’ office to confirm the new covenant of Jesus Christ, to thus direct the saints into the covenant. God’s prophets confirm spiritual government, especially the sanctified stewardship and apostolic government of the Second 8th Week to proclaim and confirm what God is doing (I Cor.14:29).

Apostles and Prophets function in level three prophecy. Any confirmed elder in the government of God may also operate in level three prophecy. God is speaking to the church and the world through the callings He has ordained and sanctified and, therefore, the saints can take confidence in this direction.

Again, many ministers try to walk in the shoes of a prophet without first coming into the house of Christ. That means that the foundation of truth has not been properly laid in their heart and they have no priesthood. And this is the reason their prophecy lacks credibility.
